Job Title: AI Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced AI Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models that drive our business forward. They will work closely with our data scientists, engineers, and product managers to build predictive models that improve customer experience, optimize operations, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models using Python, Java, C++, or other programming languages.
• Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to identify business problems and develop solutions.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data using statistical and data analysis tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement models in production and optimize performance.
• Continuously monitor and refine models to improve accuracy and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies, trends, and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in developing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C++, or other programming languages.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.
• Experience with statistical and data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
