We are looking for a Deployment Engineer (Инженер Внедрения) for work in our partner company located in Switzerland - Spitch.

An ideal candidate for us would be located in Georgia, Azerbaijan, Abkhazia, Armenia, Moldova (Грузия, Азербайджан, Абхазия, Армения, Молдова)

About the team: Our Deployment Team specializes in deploying and supporting software, particularly Voice Bots and AI solutions on our proprietary platform. Our team excels at installing solutions across various cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, and on premise. We consistently tackle a range of technical challenges and deliver projects for leading European banks and businesses. While we typically work remotely, we also engage in on-site visits to our customers when needed. Our team fosters a supportive culture, encouraging continuous learning and professional growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Software update, installation and operating
  • Provide technical assistance to customers, guiding them through technical challenges
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their technical issues
  • Gather relevant technical details to diagnose and troubleshoot problems
  • Independently resolve simple to middle-level technical support cases
  • Collaborate with third-line engineers and escalate complex issues when necessary
Requirements:
  • Strictly necessary: experience with Docker (basic), networking (basic), Linux (medium), ML knowledge (basic);
  • Necessary: Python (or a desire to learn fast), databases, Ansible (basic level);
  • Desirable: Familiarity with cloud computing platforms - AWS / Azure / GCP;
  • Optional: experience with SIP/telephony systems / Kubernetes / Terraform;
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Good English and Russian knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Prior experience in a technical support role is a plus
