Обязанности:

​​​​​​​1. Expo Event Planning:
-Plan and execute large-scale expo events in the iGaming industry.
-Develop event concepts and schedules aligned with business goals.
-Manage event budgets efficiently.
2. Vendor and Venue Management:
-Select and manage vendors, suppliers, and venues.
-Conduct site inspections and oversee contracts.
3. Marketing and Promotion:
-Collaborate with marketing to develop event promotion strategies.
-Manage the creation of promotional materials and digital marketing campaigns.
4. Logistics Coordination:
-Oversee logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and catering.
-Ensure smooth onsite execution and resolve issues promptly.
5. Stakeholder Management:
-Maintain relationships with sponsors, partners, and attendees.
-Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.
6. Post-Event Analysis:
-Conduct evaluations and prepare reports on event outcomes.
-Apply insights to improve future events.
7. Compliance and Risk Management:
-Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
-Develop and implement contingency plans for potential risks.

Требования:

​​​​​​​-Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
-Minimum 3 years of experience in planning and managing expo events, particularly international ones.
-Proven experience in the iGaming industry.
-Fluency in English.
-Strong project management and organizational skills.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-Proficiency in event management software.
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
-Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
