What you will enjoy doing?
- Lead the team of project managers
- Provide hands-on support to manage the transformation program successfully, identify program risks, issues and find out mitigation measures
- Take the responsibility of providing high quality reports on the program progress and the status of projects
- Manage the project portfolio efficiently using demand management skills
- Help develop project proposals, teams and WBSs, support to make implementation plans, and its organization in the agile or waterfall method
- Develop communication plan and conduct important project meetings and check-ins with Board-level executives
- Manage change request
- Lead and/or communicate with various teams such as business, risk, finance, !and operations enablers
- Work with different cross-functional projects and establish proper stakeholder engagement
- Set up and monitor necessary corrective measures
- Prepare presentations in power point and materials in excel
- Solve project and program related issues by structured thinking and problem-solving skills.
What makes you great?
- Higher education from a leading local or foreign university
- Project management experience in banks, Big Four, or other financial institutions (consultancy experience in Big Four is advantage)
- Structured thinking and assertive communication
- Fluent English speaking, reading and writing since the working language is English
- Advanced Power Point and Excel skills
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, willing to be accountable and agile
- Analytical skills and critical thinking
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitasking
