Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for recruitment, including resumes screening, telephone communication, interview arrangement, hiring processes and so on.
2. Be responsible for handling on-boarding, resignation, transfer and probation procedures.
3. Be responsible for timesheet preparation, salary management and other relevant C&B work.
4. Be responsible for other HR related work.
5. Take in charge of local office's admin management work, including but not limited to stamp management, incoming and outgoing documents management and other daily office affairs.
6. Take in charge of document management, taking in and releasing the documents, textual materials.
7. Complete other work assigned by line manager.

Requirements:

1. Human resources management, administration management or other related majors, bachelor degree or above.
2. Have more than 3 years HR related work experience.
3. Azerbaijani and English/Chinese as working languages.
4. Ability to work under pressure.
5. Experience in overseas company is preferred.
