We are Wolsen Real Estate, a luxury real estate agency based in Miami. This is an incredible opportunity to join our team and work on exciting projects in one of the most vibrant and prestigious markets in the world. If you’re passionate about generating high-quality leads and want to grow your career in Miami’s luxury real estate market, we’d love to hear from you!

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Skilled in managing ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, and YouTube, with expertise in optimizing CPL, ROI, and conversion rates. Familiarity with CRM systems (like FollowUp Boss) and data analysis is a plus.
  • Creative, responsible, organized, and communicative, with strong time management skills and the ability to establish and adhere to timelines.
  • Self-driven and eager to succeed in a full-time role (no agencies).

What You’ll Do:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, YouTube, and more to achieve high-quality lead generation.
  • Develop creative strategies and concepts to maximize audience engagement and drive conversions.
  • Work closely with the team to produce compelling and effective ad creatives.
  • Maintain clear communication on campaign progress, goals, and deliverables.
  • Deliver regular reports on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Monitor performance metrics like CPL and ROI, ensuring efficient use of the ad budget.
  • Collaborate with the team to integrate leads into the CRM for seamless tracking and follow-up.
