KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • In charge of the whole procurement process for category- based supplier selection (responsible for General procurement, Brand Marketing Procurement, Admin procurement and Production procurement)
  • Lead the bidding, negotiation and price comparison strategies
  • Provide management reports and key performance data and monitor cost savings on monthly basis
  • Development of new vendors database
  • New vendor qualification, collection of documents for new vendor registration
  • Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships and keep up good communications
  • Coordinating work with marketing/retail/legal/finance/tax departments
  • Reporting procurement result and strategy
  • Releasing the manual PO
  • Internal and external communication
  • Document management
  • Working with internal systems

PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTE

  • Higher education (bachelor’s degree or above)
  • Related work experience (2+ years of experience in consumer electronics / fashion / retail / FMCG)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Strong command of the English language (Upper-Intermediate or above)
  • Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office (strong Excel skill is a must)
