Responsibilities:

• Actively seek and attract new clients for selling sponsorship packages and exhibition spaces.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with partners and clients.
• Conduct presentations and negotiations with potential clients.
• Analyze the market and competitive environment to identify new growth opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and meet established KPIs.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales, preferably in the B2B segment or in the events industry.
• Excellent communication skills and negotiation abilities.
• Stress resilience and high motivation to achieve results.
• Conversational English language skills; knowledge of Azerbaijani and Russian will be an advantage.
• Ability to work in a team and focus on results.
