KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Development and execution of a social media strategy based on a research, industry benchmarks, target audience, brand positioning and creative concepts (together with agency)
• Develop and implement a content plan and publishing schedule, initiate new formats and materials.
• Increase and improve main KPIs (ER/Reach/Followers/etc.) in brand communities in TikTok, Instagram, other relevant social platforms if occur.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports with key learnings.
• Develop and analyze reports/dashboards to gain required information for making a positive impact on future companies’ development.
• Launch, monitor and analyze the execution of SMM promo campaigns.
• Monitor trends and activities of main competitors in social media, social space for brand, related topics, and conversations.
• High professional agency management.
• Moderate social platforms, including assistance with crisis management and reaction to negative feedback and comments.
• KOL management: select, prepare brief, control of production, effectiveness analysis.
• Photo shooting management: concept development, organization, control.
• Assistance in marketing communication, supporting the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Create copywriting for relevant products and adaptation of global posts.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve reputation/positioning and coordinate actions.

PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTE

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Strong writing skills in Azeri and English, knowledge of Russian language is a plus
• Related work experience (minimum 1 years of experience in pure SMM)
• Passionate about social media, following trends
• Understanding of a smartphone category, experience in smartphone or other consumer electronics product industry is a plus
• High presentation and communication skills
• Willing to work hard, grow as a professional and learn more
• Good at teamwork and information/knowledge sharing
• Creative and proactive thinking
• Project and Agency management experience
