As a Special Projects Director I am managing company daily business activities comprising of preparation of tender documents, technical expertise of project documentation, leading of Quality assurance, HSE aspects, financial situation follow up, supply chain management.
Main projects responsibilities related to OGPC, Refinery plant, PP/ HDPE plants etc. Dealing with SOCAR, FLUOR and BP
Working as Senior Project's Manager performs overall project implementation, coordination of site activities, client interface, work program monitoring, quality assurance and safety aspect of work carried out. Management of team performance and project established goals. Management of commissioning and hand over activities as well as project close out.
July 2007- Produced water disposal. Customer – BP.
March 2010- BTC expansion (1.2 bln b / day).Customer - BP
As an Operation Manager I am responsible for company daily business operations, monitor, manage, coordinate of all activities within current projects, as well as develop company further strategy related to project /construction / fabrication and installation management. Focus on company's quality management system, ensure that quality and safety policies are understood and implemented.
