Project Manager

Updates and/or monitors progress and performance reports based on information provided by
the Construction Contractors.
• Maintaining planning and MoM folders.
• Traces critical path events, or activities, as directed. Provides summary feedback to
Management on contractor progress, highlighting specific issues that need to be addressed.
• Assists in preparation of graphic presentations from information provided by the
Construction Contractors.
• Assists in collecting and analyzing data as directed by the Project Manager.
• Monitor contractors reporting and investigate any anomalies.
• Ensure that Contractors’ Schedules & reports meet project requirements.
• Produce Schedules for project review, responsible for checking and agreeing contractor’s MS
Project schedules for all critical interfaces from design, procurement and fabrication, to
installation and hook-up / commissioning.
• Assist in facilitating Projects invoices tracking process.
• Support PSCM line manager to ensure that all required contract reporting systems are
established and maintained.
• Facilitate Call Offs-DRs preparation and approval in Maximo.
• Provide input into project budgets and cost forecasting, as required.
• VOR's log updаtеand monitoring Review and resolve, including necessary internal consultation with Contractors
