Keep min/max stock level for stock materials
• Arrange stock check report end of the month
• Arrange requisition for required materials
• Receive materials by PO or Requisition
• Check received materials and make sure that
documentations are correct
• Arrange issue note for dispatch materials
• Receive ordered materials and make sure that all requested
materials received with correct documentation
• Locate stock materials in correct locations
• Ensuring that all requests for materials are received and
actioned safely and accurately in accordance with relevant
BP and AzSPU procedures
• Responsible for checking the accuracy of packages,
materials and documentation on receipt and reporting all
discrepancies to supervisor
• Responsible for preparing and packing goods and
documentation for shipment, ensure compliance to UKOOA Guidelines
• Ensuring all materials stored in the Warehouse and external
storage areas is done in compliance with Operating
Procedures
• Ensuring that all received materials are discharged from
supplier vehicles in a safe manner
• Participating in the BOSS System and ensuring team
compliance with BP systems and operating procedures
• Attending and contributing to Toolbox Talks
• Other reasonable tasks as required by Supervision or Management
