About the Traineeship
The Full Stack Test Traineeship at Andersen is more than learning — it is a fast and structured entry into the IT industry and real commercial projects.
This program is designed for candidates who are ready to develop intensively and become a Full Stack Test Engineer in a short period of time.

What we offer:
3 months: from your first day in the Lab to your first day on a commercial project;
Full-time — 5 days a week, 8 hours a day: an intensive format with mandatory office attendance that truly accelerates your growth;
Bring your own laptop: your device + our training = a specialist ready for real tasks;
Focus on learning: this traineeship is primarily about gaining knowledge and skills. Successful graduates receive a Junior 1 offer.

Who We Are Looking For
The one who understands the value of QA Manual and Automation technologies and wants to build a career in Testing.

Requirements:

• Intermediate or higher level of English and/or German (verbal communication);
• good knowledge of testing theory;
• understanding of SQL;
• understanding of WEB / Mobile apps;
• work experience is not required;
• will be a plus: technical background, any experience in programming, completed courses in testing area.

Will Be a Plus:

• participation in relevant competitions, olympiads, or conferences;

• Intermediate or higher level of German will be a plus.
