The IT company Andersen invites an experienced Go Developer to join a large-scale fintech project for a global ride-hailing and logistics company, ranked among the top 3 in the world with over 150 million app installs and operations in 600+ cities. The project involves building a digital wallet, settlement systems, transaction receipts, and commission management tools, with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and security.

The customer is an international passenger and cargo transportation service. It is among the top 3 mobile services for ordering rides in the world: 150 million installations, 1 billion trips, 600+ cities in 45 countries.

The project focuses on developing a fintech solution that includes the creation of a new digital wallet, implementation of settlement mechanisms, generation of transaction receipts, and management of commission structures.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining backend services using Golang, ensuring clean and efficient code.
• Optimizing applications for high-volume data storage, performance, and scalability across multiple countries.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams on feature design, system architecture, and shipping new features.
• Debugging technical issues, implementing unit and integration tests, and developing automation tools.
• Participating in code reviews, offering feedback to improve code quality.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.

Must-haves:

• Experience with Golang Proficient in APIs and microservices architecture, including design and implementation, for 4+ years.
• Strong experience with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and familiarity with non-relational databases.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
• Good grasp of server-side and client-side development limitations.
• Ability to sеlесtand implement technical solutions within a team setting.
• Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
