KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns
• Prepare and edit content for different platforms such as social media, website, and press releases
• Assist in creating and interpreting a variety of reports
• Assist with the production of marketing materials
• Communicate directly with retail channels for marketing cooperation and monitoring campaign

• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities

• Collaborate with other departments to improve reputation/positioning and coordinate actions

• Develop and execute of a social media strategy based on a research, industry benchmarks, targeted audience, brand positioning and creative concepts

• Develop a content plan and publishing schedule, initiate new formats and materials

• Increase and improve main KPIs (ER/Reach/etc.) in all brand communities –IG, FB, TT and other relevant social platforms

• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports with key learnings

• Develop and analyze reports/dashboards to gain required information for making a positive impact on future companies’ development

• Monitor trends and activities of main competitors in social media, social space for brand, related topics and conversations

• Assist with crisis management and react to negative feedback/comments

• Follow company’s internal system and rules

PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTE

• Fluent Azeri and English (both verbal and writing skills)

• Knowledge of Russian language will be a plus

• Bachelor’s degree or above

• 1+ year work experience in Marketing and SMM

• Good understanding of office management and marketing principles

• Experience in smartphone or other consumer electronics product industry will be a plus

• High presentation and communication skills

• Willing to work hard, grow as a professional and learn more

• Good at teamwork and information/knowledge sharing

• Creative and proactive thinking

• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines

• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excell, Power Point, Word, and Outlook)
