About the role:
We are looking for a responsible and results-driven Sales Manager to join our Azerbaijani-speaking call center team. You will actively promote our gaming products, engage with customers, and apply your sales expertise to meet ambitious targets — all while working remotely. ????
What we expect:

At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer support, or call center work.

Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. ????️

Strong sales and persuasion skills, with the ability to handle objections effectively. ????

Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. ⚡

Positive, client-focused attitude. ????

Confident computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new tools. ????

Candidates must be located outside of Azerbaijan. ????
Your responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to actively sell our products. ????

Handle customer objections and close deals efficiently. ✅

Maintain high-quality service and build long-term customer relationships. ????

Communicate client feedback to other departments. ????

Suggest improvements to sales processes and conversion strategies. ????
Working hours: ???? 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (GMT+2), 5 days/week (floating days off).
