TheSay Pharma is a rapidly growing pharmaceutical company representing leading international manufacturers of laboratory equipment, consumables, and pharmaceuticals. We are currently looking for a Sales/Product Manager to join our team in Azerbaijan. This individual will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the region, managing relationships with key partners, and driving the success of our pharmaceutical and medical projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Representation and Partnership Management:
Act as the primary representative of TheSay Pharma in Azerbaijan, maintaining strong relationships with government authorities, healthcare organizations, and partners.
Project Management:
Take full control of all ongoing projects in the country, ensuring that timelines, goals, and deliverables are met.
Oversee product registration and work closely with regulatory bodies for approvals and compliance.
Patient and Healthcare Engagement:
Actively engage with healthcare professionals and patients to ensure our products meet market needs. Organize training, seminars, and promotional activities to support product awareness and education.
Regulatory Affairs:
Navigate the complexities of pharmaceutical and medical product registration processes, ensuring timely approval and compliance with local and international standards.
Market Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector, including tenders, contracts, and partnerships, to drive the growth of TheSay Pharma’s product portfolio in Azerbaijan.
Supply Chain and Logistics:
Collaborate with our supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products, especially those in high demand by healthcare providers and patients.
Key Requirements:
Experience in Pharmaceuticals:
A background in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector is essential, with a strong understanding of product registration, government regulations, and healthcare industry standards.
Strong Communication and Relationship Skills:
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government authorities, partners, doctors, and patients.
Project Management Skills:
Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to coordinate between internal teams and external partners.
Dynamic and Energetic Personality:
We are seeking ambitious, and driven individual who is passionate about the healthcare industry and is ready to take on significant responsibility.
Multitasking and Organizational Skills:
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle various tasks and meet deadlines.
