CG Hardware is a well-established and rapidly growing division of Crystalia Glass — the leading manufacturer of glass partitions in the United States, focused on delivering premium hardware solutions for the construction and glazing industries. Today, our hardware can be seen in projects for brands such as SpaceX, Starbucks, Nike, and Yves Saint Laurent.

After many years of successful use in tens of thousands of commercial and residential projects, CG Hardware is now opening its product line to B2B clients. We are making professional-grade hardware — tested and proven in real-life installations — available to architects, builders, interior designers, and glass system manufacturers throughout the United States.

RESPONSIBILITIES (EST Time Zone - NY)
- Inbound Lead Management : Developing sales through engagement with inbound traffic;
- Conducting Sales Presentations: Demonstrating products or services to potential clients, highlighting features, benefits, and how they meet the clients’ needs;

- Building Relationships: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster long-term business partnerships;
- Understanding Market Trends: Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position products;
- Meeting Sales Targets: Working towards achieving individual and team sales goals and objectives;
- Negotiating Contracts: Discussing terms and conditions with clients, including pricing, delivery, and service agreements;
- Providing Customer Service: Addressing client inquiries and concerns, ensuring satisfaction, and resolving issues as they arise;
- Maintaining Records: Keeping detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in CRM systems;
- Collaboration with Teams: Working closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and support in sales efforts;

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2-3 years of related sales experience;

  • Proven B2B sales experience is required;

  • Fluent English (C1–C2) is mandatory; knowledge of Russian is preferred;

  • Experience in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Inflow, or similar);

  • Demonstrated customer-centric approach with a strong focus on responsiveness, support, and understanding client needs;

  • High level of energy and self-motivation;

  • Proven ability to go the extra mile, with flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments;

  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills;

  • Strong attention to detail and thoughtful decision-making;

Job Type: Full-time, Remotely

Pay: Fixed Salary and uncapped commission based on goals performed
