In connection with the expansion of the department, we are looking for a Sales Manager with knowledge of the Turkish language.
Responsibilities:
• Management and control over the work of the Contact Center team
• Achieving sales plans, monitoring uninterrupted operations of the Contact Center, and escalation of problematic situations
• Team formation, retention, and motivation
• Workload planning and forecasting
• Generating reports on performance results
• Analyzing problem areas, taking preventive measures to resolve issues
• Creating offers for clients and developing new segmentation strategies to increase sales
Our wishes:
• Experience in managing a Contact Center team, telemarketing with 10+ employees (in direct or cross-sales)
• Experience working with the Turkish market (preferred)
• Fluency in Turkish and Russian, English as an additional language (fluent level)
• Experience working with CRM systems
• Experience with Meidial (telephony experience is a plus but not mandatory)
