KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute of a social media strategy based on a research, industry benchmarks, targeted audience, brand positioning and creative concepts

• Develop and implement a content plan and publishing schedule, initiate new formats and materials

• Create copywriting for relevant products and adaptation/localization of global posts

• Increase and improve main KPIs (ER/Reach/etc.) in all brand communities –IG, FB, TT and other relevant social platforms

• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports with key learnings

• Develop and analyze reports/dashboards to gain required information for making a positive impact on future companies’ development

• Launch and monitor the execution of projects in social media and SMM promo campaigns

• Collaborate with other departments to improve reputation/positioning and coordinate actions

• Monitor trends and activities of main competitors in social media, social space for brand, related topics and conversations

• Agency management

• Assist with crisis management and react to negative feedback/comments

• Moderate social platforms

• Follow company’s internal system and rules

• Assistance in marketing communication, supporting the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns

• Executing tasks assigned by management; aiding team members in completing their tasks and ensuring effective team collaboration

PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTE

• Fluent Azeri and English

• Strong writing skills in Azeri and English (knowledge of Russian language is welcomed)

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• Related work experience (2+ years of experience in pure SMM)

• Deep understanding of a smartphone category

• Experience in smartphone or other consumer electronics product industry is a plus

• High presentation and communication skills

• Willing to work hard, grow as a professional and learn more

• Good at teamwork and information/knowledge sharing

• Creative and proactive thinking

• Project management experience
