Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage the effectiveness communications links with vendors, suppliers and other 3rd parties, involved in the project
• Ensure that the Client’s needs and objectives are timely reviewed and considered in project
• Organize and lead relevant internal and external project meetings and sessions
• Achieve organizational goals while adhering to standards and best practices
• Manage the project delivery to meet below agreed targets:Schedule, Quality, Scope, Budget
• Assisting with resource scheduling so that team members have the resources they need to complete their tasks

• University Education ( Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in relevant field
• Advanced level of MS Office, MS Project(is preferable)
• 3+ years of experience in Project engineer / Project Manager
• Proficient in project management software
• Professional certification such as PMP
• Fluent in Azeri, English and Russian (advantage)
