Job description:
We are seeking an experienced and creative Email Marketing Manager to join our team. As an Email Marketing Manager, your main duty will be to develop and manage our email marketing strategy.

Responsibilities:
- research and identify the target audience: Understand the needs, preferences, and behaviors of the potential and existing customers. Use various tools and methods to segment the audience and tailor the email content accordingly;
- design and execute email marketing campaigns: Use email marketing software and web technologies to create and send email campaigns. Ensure the email content is clear, relevant, and error-free, and the email templates are mobile-friendly and visually appealing. Test and optimize the email campaigns for deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversions;
- manage and grow the email list: Maintain and updаtеthe email database. Use email list management tools to add, remove, and verify email contacts. Implement lead generation and lead nurturing strategies to attract and retain subscribers;
- analyze and report on email campaign performance: Monitor and measure the effectiveness of the email campaigns. Use web analytics tools to track and evaluate key metrics, such as email opens, clicks, bounces, unsubscribes, and revenue. Provide insights and recommendations for improving the email marketing strategy and ROI.

Requirements:
- proven experience as an Email marketing manager or Digital marketing specialist;
- hands-on experience with HTML and content management systems;
- proficiency in marketing automation technology;
- knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics;
- knowledge of Mailchimp, Mailjet, WordPress, Mandrill;
- familiarity with analytical and database tools;
- excellent written communication and copywriting skills;
- languages: German, English;
- strong project management skills;
- an ability to work under tight deadlines.
